SearchPath International distinguishes a "Super Franchise" from a regular "Franchise" using the following criteria: A Super Franchise owner has the right to purchase and resell franchises at a significant discount, with no geographic restrictions. The Super Franchisee also gains a more favorable/lucrative revenue sharing than a regular franchise as well as a larger number of shares of the Company's common stock. The goal of the Company's initiative is to promote the exponential growth of SearchPath International as a worldwide leading talent and executive recruiting organization.
